It is worth noting that the money held in your thinkmoney Current Account is not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). However, as an authorized and regulated E-Money Institution by the FCA, thinkmoney maintains safeguarding accounts with Royal Bank of Scotland and Lloyds Bank to securely hold and protect your funds. In the unlikely event of thinkmoney's insolvency, customer funds would be repaid after the necessary costs incurred by the Insolvency Practitioner for distributing owed amounts to customers.
